How to use screen capture in Smart notebook
1. Click on the screen capture icon that looks like a camera
2. Select one of the modes of screen capture

Your capture will automatically appear in the smart notebook document
The first mode lets you select the capture area with a rectangular box
The second mode lets you capture the shaded area
The third mode will capture the whole screen
The fourth mode lets you draw around the area you want to capture and the thin black line will automatically connect when you let the mouse button go.
How to draw on a Smartboard
1. Pick up a pen from the tray. If it is working a light the colour of the pen should appear down the bottom near where you picked up the pen
2. Draw anywhere on the smartboard. You can draw anywhere on a smartboard, you don't have to open a smart notebook document
3. And that's how you draw on a smartboard.
You can also rub out what you have drawn with the rubber located in the centre of the pen tray
How to align a Smartboard
1. Press the right and left button on the pen tray at the same time
2. A screen should appear with dots and an aiming sight tap the aiming sight
3. The aiming sight should have moved keep on tapping it till your screen goes back to normal
You have now aligned your Smartboard
How to use the Smartboard touch keyboard
1. Press the left button on the pen tray when you are ready to type
2. A large keyboard should have appeared on the screen
3. You are now ready to type

1.On the left hand side you will see a picture frame. Click on it.
2.Up the top there is a box to type what you want.
3.Now it should appear on your screen.
